On August 6th, Todd Lacey, Founder and President of The (k)larity Group, hosted free, 30 minute webinar on the brand new 408b-2 retirement plan fee disclosure regulation. Todd Lacey was asked to participate on a panel at the Western Pension & Benefits Conference in Los Angeles on July 19th, 2010. Todd presented with 2 very well known ERISA attorneys, Fred Reish and Tom Hoecker. The panel presented details about the different fiduciary “safe harbors” available to retirement plan sponsors.
